What delivery options are available?

We currently offer the following three delivery options for getting your order to you. Please know that there will be no additional charges requested on delivery by our carriers.

Home delivery: Flat rate of RM9.99*
Expected delivery date is provided at checkout

*Please note: To qualify for delivery fee of a flat rate of RM9.99, your order weight should be below 50kg &
For contactless delivery, you can include details of a safe place for your deliveries in the checkout.

All orders from quantumecofarm.com can be delivered to an address located in the Klang Valley only. We do not offer interstate shipping. Only Monday and Thursday time slot are enabled. The other time slot are not available to choose from.
Once your order is shipped, we'll send a confirmation email with the expected delivery date. This date is also displayed in the checkout.

Takes 4-6 hours for delivery on every Monday and Thursday.
