Return Policy

About Shopping Return and Exchange Policy

The following return and exchange instructions apply only to online purchases made on the Quantum Ecofarm website.

Products that are "perishable, have a short shelf life, or are overdue at the time of cancellation" are subject to the reasonable exceptions in the first proviso of Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, according to Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the "Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Cancel Communications Transactions". Fresh food is not applicable to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act and is not entitled to a 7-day appreciation period. Therefore, vegetables, rootstocks, fruits and other agricultural products are not subject to the seven-day free appreciation period and no return or exchange service is provided.

    Non-fresh food products are entitled to a seven-day appreciation period (within seven days from the date of arrival), but the appreciation period is not a trial period. If you wish to return or exchange products during the appreciation period, please make sure that the products, gifts, invoices and accompanying documents are in new condition and intact, and do not leave any missing or damaged packages.
    If you find any damage or frostbite (agricultural products), or incorrect items or quantities, please take photos and send them to our online customer service within 24 hours of receipt, leaving your "buyer's name" and "contact number". If the photo is confirmed by our staff, we will compensate or return the product for you during business hours on weekdays.

    If you need to change the items and quantity of your order after it has been shipped, please call or text us before 3:00 p.m. on the business day before the expected arrival date to cancel or modify your order.
    We cannot compensate, return, or refund for undeliverable or damaged products due to personal factors such as inability to receive, delayed receipt, or refusal to receive the product after it has been shipped.

    Please inform us in advance if you wish to return or exchange the product. If the consumer sends the product back without notice, the Company will not accept it and the consumer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred in sending the product back.* Due to logistics may cause frostbite, bruises and other phenomena on the way. The below situations are of which we cannot handle returns

    There are partial defects in the appearance of agricultural products, the shape of the appearance of different, are normal, does not affect its intrinsic nutritional value, please feel free to eat, sorry cannot handle returns, please take into account the order.
    The original packaging and distribution process of agricultural products may cause 5-10% fruit damage (weight loss, abrasion, cracked fruit ... etc.). Depending on the product, the degree of weight loss varies), can be accepted before placing an order.

    For agricultural products, please make sure to refer to the expiration date and preservation method suggested on each product page; for non-agricultural products, each product has its own preservation/consumption period, so please make sure to consume them within the period. Except for defective products, damage and frostbite caused by delivery (agricultural products), once opened, consumed, or spoiled due to poor storage or unexplained rejection by consumers, no refund can be issued.
